What data we collect

• RSVP: name(s), phone number or email address, acceptance or refusal, number of people, meal preference, allergies, song request and your message.
• Song requests: the song title and the name you enter. This list is visible to all guests on the site — please only enter what everyone may see.
• When you open the site, your IP address is processed for technical reasons. We do not store it in our database.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this information solely to plan our wedding (guest list, catering, music). The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time, informally.

Retention

We delete all data no later than three months after the wedding, i.e. by 21 November 2027.

Hosting and processors

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages and D1) under a data processing agreement; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The map on the “Travel” page is loaded from the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receives your IP address. Fonts are served from our own server — no Google Fonts are loaded from Google.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent (Art. 15–20 GDPR). Just send us an email. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
